Every piece of Studio Saina fine jewellery is crafted to order here in the UK, using our trusted small and family businesses to bring your pieces to life. For this reason, your piece(s) can take up to 5-8 weeks to be made;  individual lead times for each piece can be found in the description. When you begin a bespoke project with us we will discuss the timescale for design and delivery. If you need something urgently we’ll always see what we can – let us know on info@studiosaina.co.uk


Please email us on info@studiosaina.co.uk  to arrange your return. Note return postage is non-refundable unless, of course, there is a fault or error. (edit this if you want to offer free returns) We can’t accept returns of customised or bespoke items, including engraving and custom chain lengths or ring sizes. We want to make ordering online as enjoyable an experience as it is offline, so if you’d like any additional images or information before you buy please get in touch on info@studiosaina.co.uk
We offer free postage on all UK mainland orders over £100. International postage is calculated at checkout.
Yes – shipping is calculated at checkout. Please note the total does not include any local taxes, customs charges etc which may be payable by you on delivery. All orders are charged in GBP£.
All our pieces are made in the UK, in the heart of Birmingham’s historic Jewellery Quarter.
We do – gift wrapping is £__/included as standard. Please select this option at checkout/on the item page and your item will come to you wrapped in ______ (short description of wrapping eg “hand printed paper” “persian-style printed luxury paper”)
We offer repairs and repolishing on all Studio Saina lines – please email info@studiosaina.co.uk with details to arrange. Repairs may be chargeable if the item has been damaged or attributed to fair wear and tear, but any faults will be repaired at no cost.
