Jewllery Cleaning

A little care will ensure your jewellery stays beautiful for wear every day and forever.

You can clean fine and silver jewellery at home. Soak in warm water for about 20 minutes, followed by a gentle scrub with a soft toothbrush and washing up liquid.

Buff back to a shine with a soft jewellery polishing cloth. Avoid ‘silver dip’ and abrasive chemicals, as these will only damage the surface.

2   If your piece needs a deep clean or a re-polish, you can return it to Studio Saina for some professional love and care. Email info@studiosaina.co.uk  and we’ll let you know how to arrange and (if applicable) any cost

What Not to Do in Your Jewellery...

To avoid any potential damage to the metal or claws on your piece, take it off and store it safely before heading to the gym or doing any strenuous work outs; especially those that use your hands. The same applies to DIY, cleaning and some hobbies.

Don’t wear your ring in chlorinated water, as the chemicals can damage the gold alloy.

Avoid contact with chemicals and substances such as household cleaners and even make up, perfume and toiletries.
